MEN'S SOCCER PLAY TO 0-0 TIE WITH POST UNIVERSITY

Waterbury, CT (10/14/10) The Dominican College men's soccer team played to a 0-0 double overtime tie with host Post University in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) game held this afternoon. With the tie Dominican now stands at 8-3-2 overall and 5-2-2 in the CACC, while Post now stands at 5-6-2 overall and 4-3-1 in conference play.

Waterbury, CT (10/14/10)  The  Dominican College men's soccer team played to a 0-0 double overtime tie with host Post University in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) game held this afternoon.  With the tie Dominican now stands at 8-3-2 overall and 5-2-2 in the CACC, while Post now stands at 5-6-2 overall and 4-3-1 in conference play.

The Eagles out shot the Chargers, 11-7 and held a 7-2 advantage in corner kicks.

CACC and ECAC Player of the Week, Brandon Heembrock (Ottawa, Canada), made six saves in the net for the Chargers.

Dominican is back in action next Wednesday when they host Le Moyne College in a non-conference game to be played at the DC Soccer Field at 3:30 pm.
