QUINONES EARNS ALL-ECC HONORABLE MENTION ACCOLADES

Orangeburg, N.Y. (4/30/14)  Dominican College men's lacrosse player, Matthew Quinones*, has earned All-East Coast Conference (ECC) Men's Lacrosse Honorable Mention Accolades as was announced today by the ECC office.

Quinones, a senior goalie from Nanuet, N.Y., led the ECC for the second straight year in saves and finished third in the conference in save percentage.  He earned one ECC Goalie of the Week honors this season. 

He also leads the nation in saves per game.  In a loss to Dowling College, Quinones made a new career high with a single-game NCAA Division II record-tying 36 saves.

He finishes his career at DC ranking third All-Time in saves and fourth in save percentage.
