KIRK, JR. SELECTED TO ALL-MET SECOND TEAM

Orangeburg, N.Y. (4/16/26)  Koi D. Kirk, Jr., of the Dominican University New York men's basketball team has been named to the All-Metropolitan Basketball Writers Association Second Team as was announced today.

The senior forward earns his first All-Met accolades this season and completes his career at DUNY with an All-CACC Second Team selection as well.

Kirk, Jr. led the Chargers in point total points (446) and points per game (14.9 ppg). He also led the team in total rebounds (209), rebounds per game (7.90), tied for first in steals (41) and tied for second in blocks (12).  Kirk, Jr. currently ranked 10th in the CACC in scoring and seventh in rebounding.  He has recorded five double-doubles on the season.

In two years at Dominican, he scored 720 points, 317 rebounds, 87 assists, 61 steals and 19 blocks.
