With the win Dominican improves to 11-3 overall and 4-2 in conference play while, the Tigers fall to 7-13 overall and 2-8 in the CACC.
Forward Jalen Burgess (Springfield Gardens, N.Y.) recorded the game's only double-double with 29 points and 10 rebounds.
Wahaad Johnson (Brooklyn, N.Y.) netted 12 points and Joshua Serrano (Amityville, N.Y.) tallied 11 points and four assists.
Junior Justin Copman (Cumberland, Md.) grabbed five caroms, while Daniel Grant (Middletown, N.Y.) dished out a game best five assists and four rebounds.
The Tigers were led by Manny Toha who scored 19 points and Daniel Fleming with 18 points.
Dominican held the slight 10-9 advantage with 13:53 left in the first half when they used a 21-7 run to jump ahead 31-16 with four minutes on the clock. A Burgess tip-in as time expired extended the lead to 34-22 at the intermission.
Burgess scored 15 points in the first half, shooting 6-11 from the floor.
DC would lead by as many as 19 points late in the second half en route to the 69-52 victory.
The Chargers return to action on Wednesday evening when they host CACC North Division foe, Caldwell University. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30pm on Coach Baxter Court in the Hennessy Center.
