BURGESS EARNS NABC ALL-DISTRICT EAST REGION HONORS

Orangeburg, N.Y. (3/24/21) Dominican College men's basketball player, Jalen Burgess, has been named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) All-District East Region First Team as was announced by the organization this past Monday.

Orangeburg, N.Y. (3/24/21) Dominican College men's basketball player, Jalen Burgess, has been named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) All-District East Region First Team as was announced by the organization this past Monday.

This is Burgess's first NABC All-District accolades.

Burgess was previously named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Player and Defensive Player of the Year, along with garnering a spot on the All-CACC Team. He ranked second in the CACC in scoring (16.6 ppg), while topping the charts in rebounding at 11.7 boards an outing. He also ranked second in the CACC in steals with 17. Burgess has helped lead Dominican to a 4-4 record this season.
