CHARGERS TAKE FOURTH PLACE AT PENMEN FALL INVITATIONAL

Manchester, N.H. (9/21/21) The Dominican College men's golf team took fourth place at the Penmen Fall Invitational held yesterday and today at Derryfield Country Club and hosted by Southern New Hampshire University.

Manchester, N.H. (9/21/21) The Dominican College men's golf team took fourth place at the Penmen Fall Invitational held yesterday and today at Derryfield Country Club and hosted by Southern New Hampshire University.

Dominican sat in a tie for eighth place after the second round, but used a 290 third round team score to jump into fourth place with a final 889 (+49) team score.

Sophomore Alejandro Gomez Cervantes (Torreon, Mexico) was the high finisher for the Chargers as he took eighth place with combined score of 216 (+3) after rounds of 72, 71 and 73.

The Chargers will compete in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Golf Championships to be played at Watertown Golf Club and hosted by Post University on October 4-5.
