DAY TWO IN THE BOOKS FOR MEN'S GOLF AT 2021 NCAA ATLANTIC/EAST SUPER REGIONAL

North East, Pa. (5/7/21) The Dominican College men's golf team wrapped up the second round of the 2021 NCAA Division II Atlantic/East Super Regional this afternoon being hosted by Mercyhurst University at the Lake View Country Club.

North East, Pa. (5/7/21) The Dominican College men's golf team wrapped up the second round of the 2021 NCAA Division II Atlantic/East Super Regional this afternoon being hosted by Mercyhurst University at the Lake View Country Club.

Dominican is currently in 16th place among the team leaderboard.

Freshman Alexander Lundvall (Stockholm, Sweden) had the high finish today for the Chargers as he had a round of 80 (+8) this afternoon.

Nicholas Arrieta (Bucaramanga, Colombia) scored three birdies in the round on holes three, seven and seventeen to finish with an 81 (+9), while Alejandro Gomez Cervantes (Torreon, Mexico) finished with a round two score of 85 (+13).

Junior Juan David Fajardo (Bogota, Colombia) scored an 88 and Daniel Acosta Murguia (Torreon, Mexico) shot a 90 on the day.  Both players had a birdie during the round.

The Chargers will play in the final round of the 2021 Super Regional tomorrow.
