CHARGERS WRAP UP DAY ONE AT NCAA DIVISION II GOLF NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
Kissimmee, Fla. (5/22/17) The Dominican College golf team wrapped up day one at the NCAA Division II National Golf Championships being played on the Watson Course at The Reunion Resort. Dominican had a day one combined score of 307.

DC sits in 19th place overall with the day one score in their first national championship appearance on the par 70 course.
Sophomore Hunter Wescott (Portland, Ore.) and freshman Jayce Robinson (Sparks, Nev.) are tied for 78th place overall with a first round score of 76 (+6).
Daniel Parker (Ocean City, Md.) had a score of 77 (+7) to be tied for 90th place.
Freshman Carlos Armas Stenner (Durango, Mexico) is tied for 98th place with a first round score of 78 (+8), while Leonard Lee (Wyckoff, N.J.) had a first day total of 80 (+10) to be in a tie for 103rd place.
The Chargers return to the links tomorrow morning for day two of the National Championships. Stenner will lead off for Dominican at 7:30 tomorrow morning on hole 1.
