CHARGERS FINISH SEVENTH AT BEAR TRAP DUNES INVITATIONAL
Ocean View, Del. (3/19/16) The Dominican College golf team finished in seventh place at the Bear Trap Dunes Invitational held yesterday and today and hosted by Dowling College.

St. Thomas Aquinas College took home the team title with a two-day score of 581. Wilmington University finished in second (598), followed by Bentley University (604), Felician College (641), Calrion University (642) and Goldey-Beacom College (653) to round out the top six.
Dominican finished in seventh with a score of 655 and Dowling College took eighth place with a score of 658.
Freshman Hunter Wescott (Portland, Ore.) took 20th place overall with a two-day total of 156 (74, 82) to be the high finisher for the Chargers.
Nolmans Lode (Brussels, Belgium) tied for 27th place with rounds of 82 and 79 for a total 161 score.
Freshman Danny Parker (Ocean City, Md.) had rounds of 81 and 87 to tie for 35th place with a two-day total of 168.
Leonard Lee (Wyckoff, N.J.) tied for 42nd place with scores of 82 and 88 for a total 170 score, while Brian McGuigan (Hawthorne, N.J.) finished in a tie for 46th place with a 175 total score (86, 89).
The Chargers are back in action on the 28th as they take part in the Goldey-Beacom College Spring Invite.
