GOLF ENDS DAY ONE OF BEAR TRAP DUNES INVITATIONAL IN FIFTH PLACE
Ocean View, Del. (3/18/16) The Dominican College men's golf team finished day one of the Bear Trap Dunes Invitational, hosted by Dowling College, with a team score of 319 to be in fifth place. St. Thomas Aquinas College is the current leader, followed by Wilmington University, Bentley University and Nyack College to round out the top four.

With a 319 team score, the Chargers are currently 31 strokes over par.
Freshman Hunter Wescott (Portland, Ore.) is tied for fourth place with day one score of 74 (+2).
Daniel Parker (Ocean City, Md.) is tied for 29th place with a round of 81 (+9), while Nolmans Lode (Brussels, Belgium) had a day one score of 82 (+10) to be in a tie for 32nd place.
Leonard Lee (Wyckoff, N.J.) is also tied for 32nd place, while senior Brian McGuigan (Hawthorne, N.J.) is in a tie for 44th place with a score of 86 (+14).
The Chargers return to the course tomorrow for the final round of the Bear Trap Dunes Invitational.
