MEN'S GOLF TIED AFTER DAY ONE OF 6TH ANNUAL CHARGER CHALLENGE
Suffern, N.Y. (10/7/12) The Dominican College men's golf team is in a two-way tie for fourth place after round one of the 6th Annual Charger Challenge hosted by Dominican College at the Spookhill Golf Course. St. Thomas Aquinas College is currently in first place with a combined round one score of 303, followed by Concordia College (312) and Nyack College (317).

Dominican is tied with the University of Massachusetts-Lowell for fourth place with a combined score of 318. Le Moyne College follows with a 319, then Felician College (322), the College of Saint Rose (334), Holy Family University (340) and Chestnut Hill College (344).
Junior Keith Prokop (Ramsey, N.J.) was the low scorer for the Chargers on day one with a score of 77 to sit in a five-way tie for 11th place.
Brian McGuigan (Hawthorne, N.J.) and Eric Reiher (Milford, Pa.) are tied for 16th place with a round of 79.
Anthony Schifano (Ramsey, N.J.) and Carlos Fonacier (Valley Cottage, N.Y.) are in a six-way tie for 31st place with a score of 83.
Michael Morton (Hawthorne, N.J.) had a first round score of 84 to be in a tie for 37th place, while Jeffrey Sabella (Budd Lake, N.J.) sits in 48th place with a 92 score.
DC is back in action tomorrow in the final round of the 6th Annual Charger Challenge.
