Bio
Coach Drauschak enter his first year at the helm of the field hockey program.
Drauschak comes to Dominican from Marian University of Wisconsin where he served as the head coach of the field hockey program for the past two years. Prior to that he spent one year at Frostburg State University as an assistant coach where he focused on coaching goalkeepers and played a major role in recruiting along with academic success.
He also spent time at Ursinus College and DePauw University. At both stops he served a primary role in coaching goalkeepers and recruiting. His collegiate coaching career began at Immaculata where he served as an assistant coach.
Outside of the collegiate ranks, Drauschak was a part of USA Futures program as a field hockey coach from 2014-2023. His coaching career began with the Vipers Field Hockey Club, out of Royersford, Pa. With VFHC, he coached a wide variety of players ranging from U10 to U19 from 2014-2021. He also had a stop at Owen J. Roberts High School as an assistant coach where he also served as the head coach for the freshmen team.
His playing career is highlighted by a USA Men's Field Hockey Junior National Championship in 2008. He also won a Scottish Cup Championship with Fettes College where he was a goalkeeper and served as a co-captain. Following that championship, Drauschak was a co-captain and goalkeeper for the USA Field Hockey development team from 2009-2011.
