FOUR CHARGERS NAMED TO 2025 CACC BASEBALL ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM
2025 CACC Baseball All-Academic Team
New Haven, Conn. (6/23/25) The 2025 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Baseball All-Academic Team contains 72 student-athletes, CACC Commissioner Dan Mara announced today. The honorees represent 11 conference member institutions.
Dominican University New York had four players named to the team: Ty Gilligan, Stefano Libio, Tyler Richman and Joseph Torres.
To be eligible for CACC All-Academic status, a student-athlete must possess a minimum cumulative grade-point average of 3.50 at the end of the immediately preceding term, must be enrolled for at least two full-time semesters at his/her current institution, and must be a second-year student-athlete at his/her current institution. The CACC All-Academic Team was instituted during the 2004-05 academic year.
CACC champion Wilmington University earned the most honorees in the conference with 11. The University of Bridgeport placed 10 student-athletes on the list, followed by Chestnut Hill College, Goldey-Beacom College, and Post University with nine each. Eighteen qualifying student-athletes own undergraduate GPAs of 3.80 or higher, including six at 3.90 or better.
