College womens basketball team outscored host Felician College, 27-8, over the final eight minutes, 43 seconds, of the first half en route to an 88-54 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference victory Tuesday night at Job Gym. The game was the conference opener for both schools.

After taking a 44-20 halftime lead, Dominican (3-0, 1-0) scored
the first six points of the second period and led by as many as 37
points. The Chargers benefited from 34 Felician turnovers.
Freshman Adele Laskowski (Wayne, NJ/Wayne
Valley) led all scorers with 21 points for Dominican.
Frankie Melione (Wayne, NJ/Immaculate Heart)
scored 12 points.
Dee Dee Smith (Monticello, NY/Monticello) had 15 points and 12 rebounds for the Golden Falcons (1-6, 0-1).
