With the loss the Chargers fall to 9-4-1 on the year.
The Riverhawks scored three consecutive goals, one the first half and two more in the 67th and 77th minutes for a 3-0 lead.
Dominican got on the board at the 85:26 mark as junior forward Jorge Zubillaga (Punta del Este, Uruguay) netted his sixth goal of the season off the cross from Sony Narro (Stamford, Conn.) for the final 3-1 score.
Charger keeper Andres Ruiz (Medellin, Colombia) had three saves in the contest.
DC held the edge in both shots, 17-9 and in corner kicks, 8-5.
The Chargers are home again on Friday against Bloomfield College as the team will celebrate Senior Day.
