GOLF FINISHES DAY ONE OF CACC CHAMPIONSHIPS IN EIGHTH PLACE

Lafayette Hill, Pa. (4/9/13) The Dominican College men's golf team sits in eighth place after day one of the 2013 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Championships being played at the Whitemarsh Valley Country Club.

Lafayette Hill, Pa. (4/9/13)  The Dominican College men's golf team sits in eighth place after day one of the 2013 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Championships being played at the Whitemarsh Valley Country Club.

Wilmington University is in the lead with a score of 299, followed by Nyack College (310), Concordia College (313), Goldey-Beacom College (318), Post University (326), Chestnut Hill College (333), Holy Family University (341), Dominican College (343), Philadelphia University (344), University of the Sciences (352) and Felician College (353).

Junior Keith Prokop (Ramsey, N.J.) is tied for 11th place with a first round score of 79.

Freshman Brian McGuigan (Hawthorne, N.J.) is tied for 28th place with a score of 84, followed senior Jeffrey Sabella (Budd Lake, N.J.) with a score of 90 to be in a tie for 41st place.

Anthony Schifano (Ramsey, N.J.) is also tied for 41st place with a score of 90.

The Chargers return to the links tomorrow.
