MEN'S GOLF FINISH TWELFTH AT 5TH ANNUAL PETER KING MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT

Orangeburg, NY (4/7/09) The Dominican College golf team finished 12 out of 18 teams at the 5th Annual Peter King Memorial Golf Tournament held at Long Island National Golf Course this past Sunday and Monday.
As a team, the Chargers shot a two-day total of 659 (331, 328) to finish behind Post University, Adelphi University, American International College, Southern New Hampshire, St. Thomas Aquinas College, Goldey-Beacom College, Nyack College, Wilmington Unviersity, UMASS-Lowell, Dowling College and Pace University.
Individually, senior AJ Lee (Nanuet, NY) was the top finisher for Dominican as shot rounds of 80 and 78 for a total 158 score to put him in a four-way tie for 23rd place. James Reppert, Jr (Joppatown, MD) finished in a two-way tie for 54th place with a combined score of 166 (86, 80) and junior Brian Kivlehan (Mahwah, NJ) finished in a six-way tie for 56th place with rounds of 83 and 84 for a total 167 score.
Freshman Cory Fitzgerald (Sherburne, NY) tied for 62nd place with a combined score of 168 (82, 86).
