(11/1/17) Bloomfield College and Jefferson (Philadelphia University + Thomas Jefferson University) were picked in first place in their respective divisions on Wednesday, as the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) and Commissioner Dan Mara released the 2017-18 CACC Men's Basketball Preseason Coaches Poll. The Bears headed up the North, while the Rams topped the South as both teams received 98 points and all 14 first-place votes. The voting for the preseason poll was conducted by the 14 head coaches in the sport of men's basketball in the CACC.

(10/22/17) Dominican College cross country runner, Jovan Zigic (Burnaby, British Columbia) finished in 10th place today at the 2017 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Cross Country Championships to earn All-CACC honors. The team finished with a combined score of 211 to finish in eighth place overall in the race held at White Clay Creek State Park and hosted by Goldey-Beacom College.
