CACC ANNOUNCES SPRING ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM

New Haven, CT (6/14/07) – The Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) has announced its All-Academic team for the 2007 spring athletic season today. A total of 69 student-athletes among the 12 conference schools earned a place on the list. Among the honorees are 29 repeat selections, while nine student-athletes were named for the third time in their careers.
The nine student-athletes who were named to the spring
All-Academic team for the third time include Michael DeVincenzo,
Laura Flint, Samantha Lavooy and Ralph Cameron of USP, Stacy
Falkowski and Bard Skjelstad of Caldwell, Michelle Krupna
of Dominican, Jaclyn Davis of Post and Jaclyn Temple of
Wilmington.
In order to be named to the CACC All-Academic team, recipients
must have participated in a spring CACC Championship sport, be at
least a sophomore academically and athletically, have been a
student at their current school for at least two semesters, and
achieve a cumulative grade-point-average of 3.50 or higher through
the preceding semester. A total of 216 student-athletes earned
All-Academic honors this season. The list of spring recipients is
